Booking Information

Check-In:

• You can check in on the day of arrival at 3pm.
  We make every effort to have your apartment available as early as possible.
• If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage secure and free of charge.
• If you arrive after 6pm, please let us know this in advance.

Check-Out:

• We kindly ask you to check out at 9am on the day of departure.

• Please pay the deposit within seven days after confirmation of your reservation.
• The deposit is around 40% of the arrangement price. The exact amount will be announced in the reservation confirmation.
• We reserve the right to retain any pre-payments in the event of cancellation (see cancellation terms).
• The reservation is confirmed after we receive the deposit.
• You can pay the remaining amount in cash or transfer it free of charge in advance (unfortunately card payment is not possible).
• In case of early departure or late arrival the price will be charged according to the reservation confirmation and without discount.
• If less than the booked number of people arrive, the price according to the reservation confirmation and without deductions will be charged.
• No subletting or change of persons within the booking period is allowed.

Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation conditions according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total arrangement price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price
• 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price

The indicated prices are per day and apartment for weekly bookings (7 nights) and an occupancy of 2 persons at apartment Vertinesberg and 4 persons at apartment Berglisee. 

All prices are exclusive final cleaning, local tax* and the Silvretta Card Premium** in summer. 

 *At the moment the local tax is € 3,00 per day and per adult (16 years and older). 

From the winter 2024/2025 the local tax ist € 4,00 per day and per adult.

From 2024-01-01 to 2024-12-31 children born in year 2009 and younger are free.

From 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31 children born in year 2010 and younger are free.

From 2026-01-01 to 2026-12-31 children born in year 2011 and younger are free.

** You get the Silvretta Card Premium directly from us. Therefore we charge € 6,00 per day and per adult and € 3,00 per day and per child (born 2007-2015).

Only possible by cash or you transfer it free of charge in advance.

There is an ATM in the village.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
